2025 Scholarship Audition Dates and Deadlines

The Scholarship Auditions will require a YouTube video (UNLISTED AND PUBLIC), a registration form and full entry fee ($15 CHECK OR $16.50 via PayPal) and must be submitted between 1/15/2025 and 6pm on 3/1/25.  Application form and video instructions will be available on the Scholarship Application page after 1/15/25. Payment (details below) is to be included when sending the application and audition video.  Only those applying for College Awards need to provide copies of their music. Others just need to state clearly the titles and composers of the pieces they are presenting on their video audition, maximum of 5 minutes. Audition videos longer than 5 minutes will be disqualified.

Only one application may be accepted per student. Two instruments may be played as long as they are within the same genre (ex. piano and organ).

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION FORMS, VIDEO AND PAYMENT IN FULL BY: 

MARCH 1st, 2025, 6:00pm
When the application form, video and full payment have been received using the form on the Scholarship Information page in the drop-down menu above, the student will be notified of that receipt via email. DO NOT USE A SCHOOL EMAIL! Students must provide a personal email or a parent’s email. Those who miss the deadline will be disqualified. 

The application form and payment button will be available on January 15, 2025, until March 1, 2025, at 6:00 pm when the application process will be closed.

DONT LOSE YOUR SCHOLARSHIP!

Students have until July 31 of the year they received their award to claim their scholarships. After July 31 the scholarship will expire and be returned to our fund.

ACCOMPANISTS;   Accompanists are preferred if there is a part included with the solo. You may request a list of local accompanists from the button below. Do not use a school email….only your personal email or a parent’s email are acceptable.
